In Valparai’s Anamalai Tiger Reserve, an elephant calf got stuck inside a deep concrete water tank. The mother elephant stayed right by its side, watching over her baby. To save the calf, forest officials used a JCB machine to carefully break down a wall of the tank, making a ramp for the baby to walk out. The calf escaped safely and joined its mother. This story helps people see that humans and wildlife can work together, showing the beauty of protecting nature and its animals.
