To solve this, brothers Sushant and Himanshu Uniyal started a large-scale oyster mushroom farm, a solution that uses the region’s natural climate to grow 100 kg of produce daily. This benefits people by providing steady employment for locals and training over 100 others to start their own businesses, helping the community earn money without leaving their villages.
