COVID-19 shut schools in remote villages. Thousands of poor students had no books, no internet, and no teachers, risking a permanent end to their education. Tata Trusts used ITE (Integrated Approach to Technology in Education). They sent lessons through WhatsApp and offline apps to basic mobile phones and set up small "resource hubs" in villages. Over 3.4 lakh students kept learning. Instead of just listening, kids started making their own digital projects, gaining huge confidence and tech skills for their future.
