Many rivers and lakes in India are filled with plastic and drying up. This makes it very hard for village families to get clean water for drinking and farming. Reliance Foundation started the #Water4Life project. More than 33,000 volunteers came together to clean 1,400 water bodies. They cleared out trash and trained local "Climate Champions" to look after the water. Now, hundreds of villages have cleaner water and a healthier environment. By fixing these water sources before the rains, families have a safer, better future.
