More clean electricity and new construction jobs: Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy has bagged orders worth ₹985 crore. It will build a 534 MWp solar project in Rajasthan for a power producer, plus 616 MWh of battery storage overseas. The Rajasthan plant alone is expected to cut about 0.8 million tonnes of CO2 a year — cleaner air and steadier green power for the grid.
