More clean power for the grid: state-run NLC India's renewables arm and PTC India have formed a joint venture, NIRL PTC Renewables (74:26), to develop solar and other green projects across India. It pools a large generator's scale with PTC's power-trading reach, which should mean cleaner electricity and steadier supply for homes and industry. It is a newly incorporated JV, so specific project sizes are yet to be announced.
