Bansawargaon faced a water crisis with dry borewells and conflict over tankers. To solve this, the community united to deepen canals and use the Atal Bhujal Yojana, installing recharge shafts for rainwater. This effort, supported by solar pumps and drip irrigation, made the village "tanker-free." Residents now benefit from rising groundwater, diversified crops like turmeric, and stable livelihoods. This collective action restored both water security and community dignity.
