In Kolia, Rajasthan, women lacked local jobs while a family-built hospital sat unused due to a lack of doctors. To solve this, the Babulal Gupta Foundation turned the space into a free skill center for tailoring, computers, and beauty training. They also provided free eye surgeries and artificial limbs. This has empowered over 1,900 people, helping women earn their first incomes and gain financial independence, while restored health and mobility have brought new dignity to the entire village.
