Cancer patients pay some of the highest drug prices in the world, and biosimilars — near-copies of costly biological medicines — are what bring those prices down. Cipla's subsidiary InvaGen has taken exclusive US rights to QL2107, a biosimilar of Keytruda, from China's Qilu Pharmaceutical. Qilu develops and supplies it, Cipla sells it. It still has to clear US regulators, so nothing reaches patients yet.
