The problem is that many schools struggle with high LPG costs and fuel shortages, which can stop them from cooking for students. To provide a solution, a school in Akola uses a "flameless kitchen" that runs on farm waste instead of gas. The benefit to people is wonderful: 1,500 students get fresh meals every day without needing a single LPG cylinder. This makes the kitchen safer, cooler for the staff, and much better for the environment.
