India’s youth often lack the practical skills needed for high-tech jobs. To solve this, Samsung and ESSCI trained 1,000 students in Maharashtra in AI, Big Data, and IoT. Moving beyond books, students completed Capstone Projects to solve real-world problems. This program benefits students by making them "job-ready" with industry certificates, helping them land top tech roles or start businesses, effectively bridging the gap between theory and employment.
