RailTel, a railway sector PSU, has won a ₹47.4 crore order to set up and maintain local networks across Haryana, Chandigarh and Delhi-NCR government departments. Better-connected offices mean quicker online services for citizens, while the state-owned firm gains steady, repeat public-sector revenue. Orders will be placed in phases as departments need them.
