Many poor people in Manila who cannot walk well don't have the money to buy wheelchairs. They also struggle to pay for doctor visits and medicine. The PCSO gave Manila ₱9.9 million and 50 free wheelchairs. This money comes from people buying lotto tickets and is used to help those in need. Now, 50 people can move around better and be more independent. The money also helps the city give free healthcare and medicine to families who are struggling.
