Studying the Universe's most powerful explosions, Gamma-Ray Bursts (GRBs), is crucial for understanding supernovae and black holes, but current dedicated observatories are extremely high-cost. Two students from Nebula Space Organization are developing SABHASAT, India's first nanosatellite-based GRB observatory. Democratizes space science by making cosmic observation affordable, fosters indigenous technological innovation among youth, and contributes Indian data to global astronomical research into the deepest mysteries of the Universe.
