After the 2010 floods, life in Ladakh was very hard for women. They had no toilets and had to walk for hours just for food. Neha Upadhyay helped by building "eco-villages." She gave women solar tools to dry fruit and cook easily. This solution helped 3,000 women earn much more money from their farms. Now, these families can stay in their beautiful homes instead of moving for work. The villages are cleaner and safer, making life much better for everyone who lives there.
