Women in manufacturing face barriers like male-dominated networks, limited finance, and work-life challenges. To address this, the FICCI Ladies Organisation (FLO) Bengaluru launched a 50-acre industrial park in Gauribidanur with land, R&D support, mentorship, and on-site creches. The initiative boosts local jobs and empowers women entrepreneurs by removing key logistical hurdles and enabling them to innovate and grow.
