Dr. Manoj Sharma tackled Gujarat’s barren, salt-encrusted coastal wastelands, once useless for farming. Using his aquaculture expertise, he transformed these lands into 400 hectares of productive shrimp farms and founded a farmers' association. This "Blue Revolution" now generates a turnover of up to Rs 100 crore, providing thousands of jobs and enhancing food security.
