Steadier electricity for part of Maharashtra is on the way: Diamond Power Infrastructure has won a ₹263.25 crore order from state distributor MSEDCL to supply underground power cables, overhead conductors and control cables for the Bhandup region. Modern underground cabling means fewer faults and outages for homes and businesses, while the once-troubled cable maker gains factory work, jobs and a solid addition to its order book.
