Rural women often lack the digital literacy to navigate the internet safely. This makes them vulnerable to online fraud, phishing, and harassment as digital payments grow. The "e-SafeHER" program, by C-DAC and Reliance Foundation, will train one million "Cyber Sakhis" on safe digital practices and security tools. This creates a safer environment where empowered women protect their finances and mentor others to prevent cybercrime.
