Many people with vision loss struggle to walk safely or recognize faces, which makes it hard to be independent. To help, 19-year-old Tushar Shaw built Perceivia, a pair of AI smart glasses. These glasses use cameras and sensors to "see" the world, identifying objects and people in real-time. The device then tells the user what is ahead through sound and vibrations. This simple tool gives people the confidence to travel alone and live more freely, making daily life much easier and safer.
